PRAGUE (ÈIA) – Banks, financial or insurance companies were among the most frequent tenants of office premises in Prague last year, holding a 21% share in the total volume of leases in administrative buildings in 2011 that was 325,564 sq m. These figures were published by DTZ that added that its teams had a share in this result with 63,210 sq m of space. Petr Šulc, Country Head of DTZ Czech Republic, said that the other successful segments included logistics, retail and property asset management.
